Brian and I will be teaching the First Aid Merit Badge.  If you are interested in taking the First Aid Merit Badge on Nov. 13th, please read the following information.  We will start at 9 AM and should be done by 5 PM.  We will be meeting in the room that we have our normal meetings.

What you need:

A Blue Card that is properly filled out and signed by Mr. Levy

The First Aid Merit Badge Book (You are expected to have read this book before coming to class)

The attached First Aid Merit Badge Work Sheet

Your Scout Handbook

The First Aid Kit that you made for Second Class Advancement.

The First Aid Kit that you made for home use (See Req. #2 d)

These kits must be made by you.  A store bought kit, or kit made by someone else will not  be acceptable.  You must also be able to discuss what you have in your kits, why it is in your kits and the purpose of the items in your kits.

You will be expected to come into the class with competent knowledge for the First Aid Skills that you learned in Tenderfoot, Second and First Class.  Fill in the answers for all three ranks on the Work Sheet before coming to class.

Fill in the requirements for 2 through 5 using the resources listed at the end of the Work Sheet.  Most of your answers should come from the Merit Badge Book.  We will go over these requirements in class and discuss your answers as a class.

Do not attend unless you have the above done.

Lunch and drink will be provided.  Please bring a cup for you drink.

You should be wearing Class B uniform for this class.
